curricula.
* Compliance: Ensure all programs comply with federal and state regulations.
*Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create a supportive
learning environment.
*Assessment & Evaluation: Monitor student progress and adapt strategies to meet individual
needs.
Qualifications
*Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
*Certification: Valid state certification in special education or willingness to obtain the
credentials through alternative programs.
